If you are not familiar with table windows, please read Working with table windows first.

 

The Customer Information window lets you add, delete and edit your customers.The following is a description of the columns in this window:

 

Customer ID

A unique number identifying the customer. This field is not editable.

Name

Name of the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

 

Cool Wave Panel Name

Create Date

Date and time when the customer was created in the system. This field is not editable.

Company

Name of the company the customer belongs to. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.

Address

Address of the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Phone

Phone number of the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Fax

Fax number of the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Theme

The theme to use for this customer's client area. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Group

The customer group this customer belongs to. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Username

The username the customer uses to login to the client area. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.

Password

The password the customer uses to login to the client area. While the current password can't be viewed, you can edit this field to change the current password. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Email Address

Email addresses of the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Notes

Any notes you wish to make as a reminder to yourself about the customer. These notes are not visible to the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:
