The Credit Card Capture window lets you charge credit cards of customers for invoices that are due within the next few days. When you charge cards using this window, all invoices of a particular customer are grouped together and one charge is made on the customer's credit card for the total of all their marked invoices. The following is a description of the columns in this window:
Customer ID

A unique number identifying the customer. This field is not editable.

Invoice ID
|
A unique number identifying the invoice. This field is not editable.
|
Total
|
Total amount of the invoice that will be charged. This field is not editable.
|
Encryption Type
|
The encryption type that was used to encrypt the credit card details. This field is not editable.
|
Card Type
|
The card type of the customer's credit card. This field is not editable.
|
Card Number
|
The last few digits of the customer's credit card. This field is not editable.
|
Invoice Due Date
|
The due date of the invoice. This field is not editable.
|
Charge Card or Not
|
Indicate if the card should be charged for this invoice or not. Valid values are Charge card and Do not charge card. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Status
|
The status of charging the credit card. This field is not editable.

This window has one new action button in the toolbar at the bottom of the window:

Use this button to charge the credit cards where the Charge Card or Not field is set to Charge. You will be asked for the Encryption Key to decrypt the credit card details. You can see the status in the Status field as the cards are being charged one by one.
