eNom Domain Name Accounts

If you are not familiar with table windows, please read Working with table windows first.

 

The eNom Domain Name Accounts window lets you add, delete and edit eNom domain name accounts.

 

The following is a description of the columns in this window:

 

Customer ID

A unique number identifying the customer. This field is editable only when adding a new account. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.

Account ID

A unique number identifying the account. This field is not editable.

Domain Name

The first part of the domain name. That is, the domain name excluding the extension or TLD. For example, in pawbill.com, it is pawbill. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.

Extension

The extension or TLD of the domain name. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Transfer Authorization Code

The transfer authorization code. This is filled up only if the account was a domain transfer account and the domain required a transfer authorization code to be transferred. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.

eNom Order ID

The order ID within the eNom system which this account maps to. This field is not editable.

Package Name

The package name of the account. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Term

The term of the account. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Start Date

The date of creation of the account. This field is not editable.

Expiry Date

The date when the domain name expires. This field is not editable.

Create Invoice Date

The date when the next renewal invoice needs to be generated. The edit mode for this field is date.

Nameservers

The current nameservers configured for this domain name. The following panel shows up when editing this field:

Status

Status of the account. The edit mode for this field is a dropdown list.

Failure Reason

If there was a failure, the reason for the failure. This field is not editable.

Notes

Any notes you wish to make as a reminder to yourself about the eNom domain name account. These notes are not visible to the customer. The following panel shows up when editing this field:
